Hello all!


Another update here, lots of changes, primarily to the mote system. Changed a lot to increase the robustness and usefulness of the motes themselves, both minor and active. 

Another big, exciting thing, is that our page is now live on Steam - the link can be found on our main page here. 

But, yeah, I'm kinda pressed for time today, so as always, let us know what you think and please, enjoy.

Updates:

-Dungeon Master

-Adjusted the minimum distance an enemy can spawn from the player

     -500uu -> 250uu

-Adjusted the swarm spawning code to also prioritize spawning in front of the player


-Enemy class

-Added support for a depreciated bit of code that now has enemies spawning back near the player if the player gets too far away

     -Currently

          -Checks once every 20 seconds, referenced from the spawn time of the enemy

         -If further than 2250uu, will respawn itself in front of the player


 -Minor Motes

-Added functionality for adjusting other stats than the primary stats

 -Flayed Mote

     -Lowered damage granted

          -3 -> 1

     -Now increases physical damage multiplier

          -5%

-Foxfire Mote

     -Increased all stat gain

          -1 -> 2

     -Now increases magical damage multiplier

          -5%

     -Now increases rare tile chance

          -10%

-Honeyed Mote

     -Lowered health granted

          -5 -> 3

     -Now grants lowered general cooldown

          -10%

-Jeweled Mote

     -Increased armor granted

          -3 -> 5

     -Now increases mana shard and soul gain multiplier

          -25%

-Moticorn

     -Now increases DR

          -10%

     -Now grants lowered signature cooldown

          -25%

     -Now increases minor mote stat gain

          -25%

-MoteShroom

     -Now increase DR

          -1%

     -Now increases physical damage multiplier

          -2.5%

     -Now increases magical damage multiplier

          -2.5%


-The amount of mote slivers gained now scales with current difficulty level


-Active Motes

-Now apply the stat changes that their found counterparts do

     -Base stats scale at a rate of 15% / level

     -Secondary stats scale at a rate of 5% / level


-Increased the amount of mote slivers necessary to level motes, in order of rarity

     -Base cost from 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 50 -> 10 / 20 / 40 / 60 / 100

    -Increase per level from 3 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 25 -> 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 50


-Added a list of currently following motes to the pause menu

     -Differentiates between chosen motes and temporary motes 

     -Displays names, abilities, and levels


 -Updated the run timer to be more thematic


-The POI widget icons now have the capability to be scaled


-The caged mote POI icon size has been lowered


-Added POI icons for all completed buildings in town


-Added a unique icon for the soul salesman


-Added a unique icon for Roil the scarification altar owner


-Added the last NPC icon - the difficulty resetter

     -Named her Fa'lia


 -Updated Saren Glass, the Overgrown Sentinel, and the Forgotten Footnote to all properly dissolve when defeated


-Fully implemented the Steam SDK


Bug Fixes

-Fixed a potential spawn issue with the random boss Tabitha 

-Fixed the large briar traps in OS not dealing damage near their base
