Hello all!

New build and as such a new changelog. A lot of it is getting the quality of life to the place that I really want it to be, but there were some other changes - like how captive motes will now follow the player until the end of a run. I can't really take credit for that idea though - it belongs to someone who saw it and thought that that's how it worked, then was disappointed that it didn't. 

Anywho, enough of my rambling

Updates:


-Dungeon Master 

     -Adjusted the time based offset for spawning 

     -Added support for very rare tiles 

     -approximately 5% of all rare tiles will spawn as a very rare


-Player Character

     -Increased the max number of visible follower motes

              -14 -> 30


-Naan 

     -Slash 

           -Lowered healing per level from 2.5 + 1.0 / level -> 2.0 + .05 / level


-Captive Motes

     -When rescued will now follow the player a la active motes

     -Will stop following once the run is finished


-Added a minimap icon for captive motes


-Difficulty now affects the possibly rarity of caged motes, with higher difficulties increasing the likelyhood of rarer motes


-Added a town-wide *building* which allows for visual differences between difficulties


-Added a unique icon for the Smoking Room NPC, who I just now realize doesn't have a name 

      -Gave the Smoking Room NPC a name: Oriilou'sii -Keili for "a small one who floats"


-Added an icon for the character recruitment NPC who also didn't have a name

     -Seth'mii is now her name


-Lowered the volume of the *Air Mote*'s explosion effect


-Added all the necessary base data for the next level, the Blistering Beach

**Bug Fixes:**

-Fixed a bug where the caged mote map icon would remain after the caged mote was rescued

-Fixed an issue with *Phantasmal Palace* where it did not rise to the same height level as normal walls in CG

-Fixed the Soul Seller's close button overlapping parts of the rest of the widget

-Fixed some longstanding compiler issues with the *Mote Interaction Interface*

-Fixed a bug where the dungeon time display wasn't resetting after beating SG
